How Does It Work?
Bloom Concierge Medicine is a cash-pay membership program.
You pay a monthly membership fee that gives you access to ongoing care through Bloom Health & Wellness, along with preferred member pricing on additional Bloom services.
We do not bill insurance for your concierge care. Instead, our goal is to make your healthcare straightforward, transparent, and easier to access.
Your Health Starts With Knowing Your Numbers
Your membership begins with a comprehensive health evaluation, including bloodwork tailored to your individual needs.
Once your results are available, you’ll meet with a Bloom provider to review your labs in detail and discuss what they mean for your overall health.
Together, we’ll look at areas such as:
- Blood sugar and metabolic health
- Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk
- Thyroid health
- Vitamin and nutrient levels
- Hormone health when appropriate
- Kidney and liver function
- Blood counts
- Other labs based on your health history and individual needs
Rather than simply receiving a lab report, you’ll have the opportunity to sit down with a provider, ask questions, and understand what your results actually mean.
Ongoing Care at Bloom
Your relationship with Bloom doesn’t end after your lab review.
Our concierge membership allows you to continue managing your health with a team that already knows you, your history, your goals, and your previous results.
Depending on your individual needs, your care may include:
